Service is really important to us . We will endeavour to get any stock orders out in line with our shipping policy unless they are pre-orders at which time a date will be given and will also answer try and answer any email queries the same day.
Please Note: We do not offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizing as the hoodie are printed to order for you. We ask that you please check sizing before ordering and get in touch if you require some help.
We have a 30-day return policy on faulty items or items that are not personalised, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the price of the goods on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We try to process orders within 5- 8 business day, Our products are made especially for you which is why sometime delivery may take a little longer, making products on demand instead of bulk helps us to reduce waste and overproduction. In the event of high order volumes we will communicate via email if you should expect a delay. Pre orders will be dispatched on or before the stated date at time of ordering. (Buisness day are Monday - Friday)
